Ordering and Payment Information

Shopping at AnityaShop is very easy. To order a product, you must first click on the item you are interested in purchasing and a page with information detailing the specifications of the product will be displayed, along with price and product details. Click the ‘Add To Cart‘ button to add the product to your shopping cart.

You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
Whenever you add an order to your cart you will be taken directly over to the cart, which will display a listing of the products you have chosen and a total price before any shipping costs have been added. You may also change the quantity of any item if you require more than one of anything in particular. You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the ‘View my basket‘.

When you have finished adding all of the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, you may click on the ‘Continue‘ button to begin the submission of your order. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.

You will be greeted with a page requiring your email address, contact and billing and delivery address details. Please ensure that you verify the information you supply in the relevant fields, and always check that the details you are submitting are correct.

Click on Continue to move on to the next stage, the ‘Payment and Delivery‘ page.

The ‘Payment and Delivery page will allow you to specify both your chosen method of payment and the delivery service that will be used to deliver the product to you. We offer the following methods payment: ‘Credit / Debit Card’ or ‘Paypal’’. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage. When you have selected the details applicable to you, you are ready to move on to the ‘Payment Details‘ page. A total amount including shipping will be shown, as well as a breakdown of the products you have ordered.

If you are absolutely sure that your order is correct and you have entered all your payment details correctly (if ordering with a credit card), click on ‘Continue‘ to finish and submit your order to us. A final breakdown of products with a total cost including shipping will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address you specified when placing the order.

  • Please note that all orders are shipped from the UK.
  • Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.
  • Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP), which means that international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing, or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than GBP.
  • You’ll only be charged for your items when they leave the warehouse. And if they’re in more than one parcel, you’ll only be charged once for postage.
  • The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Cancellations:

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

Customers who place incorrect orders are liable for all aspects of shipping costs and will only be refunded the value of the goods NOT the subsequent carriage costs out, back to and from Anityashop.com

Returns

Please contact us by email at mailto:returns(alt)anityashop.com to inform us of your wish to return products.

All we ask is that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges on underwear, pierced jewellery, lip balms and skincare. We ask that you adhere to your obligation to take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Returning an item is easy, just complete the return form we sent with your order and send it to us at: Anityashop, 281a Southwark Park Road, SE16 3TP London, United Kingdom. We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all Anityashop products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are defective, you will bear the cost of returning any Products to us.

For any exchanges, replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge. This will only apply to the first occasion when a replacement item(s) is requested and to UK orders.
